Arter Gayrimenkul was founded in Maltepe, Istanbul, in 2017 by two partners experienced in the construction industry. The partners, who put the ideal of being a "reliable person" at the center of the business, showed this goal to their friends who joined them later and made their ideals a company culture.

He has made nearly 500 transactions to date. In order to increase service efficiency, Arter Gayrimenkul uses all innovative and technological instruments, as well as sectoral knowledge and experience, in the marketing and consultancy process.
